The middle floor plays host to two doubles rooms, the first boasting a beautiful bay window making the most of the natural light.

Period features add subtle tints of character, such as the open fireplace for cosy winter nights.

Use the huge kitchen for cooking up a storm, and gather the whole family around the dining table set within the large light-filled window.

There is plenty of storage space to stock with delicious local produce, which can be bought from the town.

Cosy together for late-night chats around the in the sitting room.

This airy space occupies a beautiful set of furniture and luxury sofas to sink into.

To the exterior, there is a back patio with storage space for your surf boards and bikes, with stone steps leading up to the car park.

At the front is a sunny lawn enjoying the coastal atmosphere, engulfing this well-appointed townhouse.

Just a 5-minute wander will take you into the old seaside town, with a thriving ambience, playing host to a range of shops, cafés and restaurants.

Westward Ho! is easily reached by car, boasting two miles of stunning coastline attracting tourists from all over the country.

Explore Northam Burrows Country Park and its 253 hectares of verdant plain with salt marsh, sand dunes and grasslands.

There are many cycling and walking opportunities along the nearby Tarka Trail, so don't forget to bring your walking boots and bikes along!

Bring your buckets and spades too and take a trip to the North Devon coast, choosing from a plethora of safe, sandy beaches at Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Bude.
