"A wonderful rural retreat."
Exceptionally comfortable and well-equipped property that was a great location from which to venture out onto the Somerset section of the England Coast Path (even though the weather wasn't great!!). Would recommend to anyone.

"Excellent accommodation, ideal for 2."
Not only is the studio well laid out, with everything you need, it is also a very nicely furnished (a really comfy bed!) and tastefully decorated apartment; a pleasure to stay in.
The location is excellent too; hills, saltmarshes, the sea, and woodland are all within reach. We are keen to return to see more of the area. The owners are charming and helpful, including a great welcome pack to start you off.

"Little Knaplock is a perfect property."
Helen and Richard are lovely but unobtrusive hosts, providing all the information you need to have a brilliant time exploring Somerset, such as OS maps, walks, details of all amenities, lots of books and games, blankets for those rare cool nights for stargazing under the big beautiful dark skies, and even local coffee, yes, milk, bread and tasty eggs from the lovely quiet chickens.
The property is well appointed, tastefully decorated and the bed is really comfy and cosy.
Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

"My fiancé and I were spending a joint birthday break away at Little Knaplock."
From the moment we arrived we felt completely at home and totally relaxed. The accommodation was first class, very comfortable and well equipped. Loved the entrance downstairs leading up to the open area complete with balcony overlooking stunning scenery and the owners hens.
Bathroom was modern and light, as was the kitchen. Wi-Fi was excellent which most people know expect. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners who were very friendly and helpful.
Cannot fault our stay and hopefully we will return soon.

"Little Knaplock is a stylish loft studio apartment with a lovely balcony in a rural location."
We loved the proximity to the Quantock Hills. We were impressed by the quality furnishings and equipment. For us , the Electric Vehicle charger was a massive plus. We really enjoyed our holiday and meeting Helen and Richard. The welcome pack was appreciated with some lovely fresh eggs from the hens in the garden.

"Absolutely loved this romantic hideaway."
Just what we were looking for.. a peaceful place to escape with cycling on our doorstep. The owners were really helpful even offering towels and hoses for the bikes, and tops for routes. Very much appreciated the welcome park including their own fresh eggs!

"We had a great stay at Little Knaplock."
It was a lovely property and we had everything we needed. We used it as a base to travel to near by cities to do our Christmas shopping and it was a lovely place to come back and chill after a long day :)

"A lovely place to stay."
A modern annex with everything we needed and more. Private on site parking was superb and there is even a charging point for electric vehicles. We enjoyed our week but wish the weather had allowed us to use the bbq and balcony. We received a warm welcome from the hosts and would love to stay again in this beautiful spot. Our first stay in a Sykes cottage will definitely not be our last

"Loved our stay at Little Knaplock!"
Great location to travel around Somerset
Accommodation is quaint, but doesnt lack in space or of anything you need.
We stayed for a week and was completely self sufficient - everything you need to cook is to hand, bed is comfortable and sofa is fab to relax on. Bathroom a fab size - inclusive of a power shower.
Lovely balcony to sit out and admire the view whilst reading.
The lovely owner lives just next door (expressed that "all we have to do is knock" if we needed anything) - plus there was even a little welcome pack consisting of fresh milk, eggs and bread plus some tea and coffee.
Would 100% recommend.

"Lovely stay in fabulous countryside."
Our hosts were 100%,friendly,helpful and full of local knowledge.Ive down graded comfort only due to it being a loft where hitting our heads on ceilings was a slight discomfort!..but the layout and style of the loft was first class....fully recommended by us especially if you like walking /cycling.This is a very new property and well worth a visit.Bliss!

!. We will never forget our fantastic week stay at the Little Knaplock.
It's very comfortable, well designed and equipped with everything you need. A credit to Helen and Richard.
We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony with a G&T, watching the wildlife and sunsets. A perfect retreat, we didn't want to leave.
