Seaspray is a two-storey mews cottage offering reverse level living accommodation and balcony to take full advantage of the stunning sea views.

Adjacent to the beach it is ideal for couples who enjoy walking, bird watching, golf or a family with young children who want to take advantage of the wonderful location and on-site heated swimming pool.

The property sleeps four in two bedrooms.

There is a ground floor double bedroom with 4'6" double bed.

The second bedroom is a twin with single beds.

A travel cot, high chair and baby bath are available.

On the ground floor is a shower room.

The very pleasant living room opens up onto a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, stunning sea views and Thurlestone Rock.

The dining area has an oak dining table and upholstered chairs.

The kitchen is well equipped with views over South Milton Ley.

The comfortable lounge to relax in has sofa, easy chair, midi hifi (with bluetooth streaming), books and games.

Smart HD TV, Playstation 4 with blu-ray/DVD player and cinema sound bar.

Selection of DVD/CDs and Playstation games for you to enjoy. Outside is a large patio area with barbeque facilities, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining on summer evenings.

Thurlestone Rock residents enjoy exclusive use of the private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early June to mid September each year with children's area and shower facilities.

The picturesque village of Thurlestone is popular with both beach-goers and watersports enthusiasts, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton Sands within walking distance. Thurlestone boasts an 18-hole links golf course, a 13th century church, a traditional pub, a post office and the ‘Voyage Spa’, where visitors can enjoy spa treatments or afternoon tea. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
