The property

Set in a rural location, in the tranquil village of Bridestowe, just four miles from the A30 in Devon, is this superb semi-detached cottage.

Internally, the property has been renovated to a high-standard to provide a warm and welcoming base for friends and families seeking an escape to the rural countryside.

Spend your evenings curled up with your loved ones in the sitting room whilst the woodburning stove provides that extra bit of warmth.

The kitchen has been equipped with everything you could need to rustle up some delicious meals, to be enjoyed at the dining table over a well-deserved glass of wine.

Retire to one of the three well-presented bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double, a standard double and a twin, all of which have their own TVs so you can watch your favourite shows from the comfort of your own bed!

Delight in the family bathroom with an elegant bath and walk-in shower, so you can enjoy a warm soak at the end of a tiring day.

Less than ten miles away are the thriving towns of Okehampton and Tavistock, which both offer a larger selection of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets for all of your amenities.

Look forward to exploring the wonderful rural sites of the Dartmoor National Park and the Tamar Valley AONB, alive with tourist attractions such as the National Trust properties of Buckland Abbey and Cotehele.
