  • “The cottage was dirty, not mopped and floors were filthy ,text the owners and the cleaners came back, hoovered and gave us a new cloth?”

! With Covid you’d think cleaning would be top of the agenda, especially when we paid such a lot of money. The cottage itself was lovely, beds were very comfy , missing a few essential items like a cheese grater!! The chlorine in the hot tub stung our eyes and again wasn’t the cleanest.

Thank you for your feedback as it will help us make immediate improvements. We are disappointed to hear that the immediate return of the cleaning team did not meet your expectations. Our goal is that all of our guests have a lovely time. We have ordered a few new essential items including a cheese grater. - Sykes owner relations
