Settled along the edges of the scenic Hartland Devon Heritage Coast, is the charming semi-rural hamlet of Buck’s Cross in Bideford. The hamlet is home to the popular Bideford Bay Holiday Park which offers a wealth of facilities for guests, including an on-site restaurant and bar, convenience store, and an indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as a Post Office and beautiful church. Nearby, you will find the charming Gnome Reserve and Wildflower Garden which is filled with over 1,000 gnomes, with walks among the wildflower-filled gardens, a museum and pottery workshops ready to be enjoyed. Just a short walk away is The Milky Way Adventure Park which has rollercoasters, a play area, wildlife displays and the North Devon Wake Park. Clovelly is nearby and boasts a beautiful waterfall surrounded by woodland, as well as a glorious, pebbled beach and donkey stables where you can meet the sweet farm animals.
