  • "A fantastic location, close to the beach, lovely walks, lots going on in the town, free parking for the duration of our stay in one of the local carparks, good local food and the accommodation was fabulous, very spacious and with lots of personal touches."

    Would definitely recommend!

A pleasure Charlotte thank you! Amazing guests, left my beachside apartment in the heart of Budleigh Salterton spotless! Great caring guests who had the most wonderful experience and time away. Property Owner

  • "Lovely, spacious property and fabulous location."

Able to walk to the beach and with the property being over the Co-op it was in an excellent position for all amenities. Although there was no parking at the property there is a free long stay car park on Station Road, a 5 minute walk away from the property. On arrival and departure we were able to unload and load our car using the time restricted parking directly across the road. The only recommendation we would have would be to have blackout blinds in both bedrooms. Budleigh Salterton itself is a brilliant location for exploring South East Devon . Thanks for a great stay.
