With a cycle track, river for fishing and riding stables nearby, there are lots of opportunities for outdoor activity.
Meals out are tempting, with two good food pubs nearby.
Ceylon, in its lovely moorland setting, is a great location.

Lydford village has an interesting medieval castle and nearby Lydford Gorge (National Trust) with its peaceful woodland walks and White Lady waterfall is a must. The village also has a Post Office, pub and award-winning restaurant. Whether walking the moors, fishing, watching the amazing wildlife or just visiting the many attractions of this stunningly beautiful area, you'll never be lost for something to do. The moorland market towns of Tavistock and Okehampton are both a short drive away.
