  • "Owner very welcoming and was on hand when needed."

Delicious Devon homemade scones on arrival. Was the best holiday so far and all area's we visited were so beautiful and weather was perfect. Would highly recommend this for your next holiday.

  • "We had a really lovely two weeks in the cottage made all the more special by the wonderful weather."

Pam made us very welcome and gave us lots of tips and advice on the area. The cottage was very clean, attractive and comfortable. Everything was there that we needed and it made it a real 'home from home' The area in and around Kingsbridge is beautiful with lots of place to visit and many NT Properties close by. Kingsbridge itself is a lovely market town with plenty of individual shops apart from the usual supermarkets. All the surrounding beaches are clean and easy to get to and we can highly recommend the Round Robin trip from Dartmouth Quayside, that was a fantastic day out. All in all a great holiday and just what we needed. Thank you Pam!

  • "The Cottage at Centry Farm is clean, comfortable, well-appointed, spacious for 2 people, and conveniently located for exploring the South Hams part of Devon and beyond, with its wonderful coastline and attractive towns and villages."

There was all we needed to prepare meals, but also a number of very good restaurants in Kingsbridge and nearby Salcombe. We had great walks along the rugged coastal paths, visited sandy beaches and drove up onto Dartmoor.

  • "The cottage was extremely clean and well equipped."

We where greeted with a delicious cream tea provided by Pam the ower who was very helpful and pleasant. A liitle remote down a farm track but so peaceful and only ten minutes from Kingsbridge Good parking at Kingsbridge by the Quay this a bonus as found other areas very busy .

  • "Pam is a very kind & generous host."

We arrived to a spotless cottage & a cream tea! The cottage has absolutely everything you could need and is welcoming, cosy and comfortable. There is lots of parking available, right next to the cottage. The 2 beds were very comfortable & the L shaped bedroom was perfect for us & our 6 year old. The kitchen has everything you need, and the living area is a great place to unwind after a day exploring. You’ll find toiletries, loo roll & cleaning supplies at the cottage - we didn’t use them all but they were much appreciated. The cottage is a 2 minute drive from Kingsbridge where you will find a Tesco, Morrison’s, Costa Coffee, lovely bookshop, ice cream shop & more. From the cottage, Dartmouth is 20 minutes away, Salcombe 15 mins, Totnes approx half an hour. Everywhere is easily reached from Centry Farm. I’m sitting here listening to traffic go by in the main road where we live, wishing we were back at the Cottage listening to the birds, watching the cows have their breakfast & enjoying peace & quiet! We hope to return.

  • "Lovely little cottage for two with everything you could want for a weeks holiday, just one mile away from Kingsbridge."

Great internet (watched Netflix on laptop) Local beaches just a short drive away, this is a beautiful part of the country. Although the weather was very mixed we managed to get out every day, mostly for short walks on the beaches and a few pub lunches ( try Pigs nose for pie & mash in a very quirky pub). Thank you for making us So welcome.

  • "Clean, comfortable and very well equipped cottage."

Easy to find with excellent parking. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was always hot water and heating when we needed it, and great WiFi. The en-suite bathroom and shower were lovely, clean and roomy. We would like to thank Pam for the lovely greeting when we got there and for allowing us to get on with our holiday without worry afterwards. We did have an excellent week. The only problem we had was the smell of cats in the bedroom; the cottage is on a working farm! Finally, the stairs are steep and it is a bit difficult to get over the high sides of the bath when stepping into the shower, so we wouldn't recommend this cottage for elderly or infirm people.

Thank you for the lovely comments and we hope you will stay with us again. Regarding the smell of cats, we only have one cat and during your weeks stay another farmer was spreading muck on the fields and the smell was hanging around. Unfortunately the smell got into the Cottage and house too. It was just a shame it wasn't windier to blow the smell away more before it reached us. Property Owner

  • "Very enjoyable stay."

Nice and quiet, clean and comfortable. Only recommendation would be a freezing compartment in the fridge to make ice, and maybe store frozen goods. Otherwise very well equipped. And the bonus of a delicious cream tea.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the door to the freezer compartment had been broken prior to your stay. The fridge has now been replaced therefore, there is a now a working freezer compartment. Property Owner

I hadn't expected it to be so off the beaten track and didn't find it easily but we enjoyed the location for the privacy, parking and so much space to sit outside enjoying the sunl. Also i appreciate your efficiency in reminder emails containing the relevant details. Please pass on our thanks to the owner as there was no Guest Book to detail our likes and thanks for a lovely stay.

  • "Great cottage in a lovely location."

Pam was a hospitable and friendly host leaving fresh flowers, milk and especially cream tea on arrival was so much appreciated. Lots of other extras too shampoo, body lotion, shower wash that we didn't use. The parking was excellent ( important for me due to limited mobility) Would recommend both cottage and Pam for ensuring you have a good holiday.

From an entirely personal point of view, we found it rather isolated so no possibility of walks in the immediate vicinity & we needed to go by car even to get into Kingsbridge for restaurants, pubs etc. Otherwise very good.
