  • "Wonderful property."

    Only thing missing for us is a washing machine but we will still book it again when we return to Ilfracombe. Great location and views. Very clean and well maintained.

  • "Absolutely amazing property."

    My family of four stayed for an Easter week at this wonderful modern property, with amazing sea/cliff/rock views! We were made very welcomed with some much appreciated welcome treats. The lovely balcony is North facing, so when the sun sets you still see a great sky and sometimes even a rainbow. Everything was really clean, kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The master bedroom is roomy and spacious, however the 2nd bedroom is a little cramped with 2 single beds, but definitely comfortable enough for my 2 teenage girls to sleep. The property is in a great location with the nearby walks to Capstone Hill/local beaches and Harbour nearby and a short drive to Woolacoombe beach! The parking is a little bit awkward as you can park outside for 1 hour (between 10am-6pm) so can leave overnight from 5-6pm to 10am. However there is a nearby local parking which you can pay or get a permit for. We really enjoyed a lovely relaxing week there and would definitely look to return another time!

  • "The apartment was wonderfully warm and inviting, everywhere was spotless and welcoming."

    As we are in our 70's it was a little daunting not to be able to park next to the property but across the harbour where we had to pre-book a space. Is there no way you could have a reserved spot near to the property? There was a private car park down the hill on the side of the sea virtually empty. Could there be a possibility of purchasing a spot there for your visitors? Everything worked well except for the toilet flush button in the en-suite bathroom which we couldn't use because it stuck. The shower door also was a little difficult to operate in the same bathroom, so we used the bath-shower room. This of course would have been more inconvenient if we had been a party of four. However, all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, and the joy of being able to contact someone nearby i.e. to sort out new batteries for the T.V. remote was wonderful. Also the free wi-fi and the immense T.V. screen, fantastic! Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable stay in your fabulously situated apartment with all the comforts one could wish for, and extras.... thank you for the chocolates and shortbread, what a treat!

  • "Could not praise Belle Vue enough."

  • "The apartment met expectations as a beautiful setting looking out to sea."

    Anyone wanting a chilled out break this certainly is the place. The only grievence I have is ha ha no egg cups for eggs in the morning. The chair at the window could do with another looking out. Other than that Faboulous Holiday.

  • "This was a lovely apartment, beautifully modernized and decorated with an expansive view out to sea, and it provided everything needed for self-catering."

    I would refer only to two slight problems (not of the owner's making). The first is that there is no immediate parking (we were warned of this) but were told that there was one-hour parking on the street, “ideal” for loading and unloading. Unfortunately, the entire street was continuously chock-a-block with parked cars, many of which seemed to be parked there permanently; so it was necessary to double park for loading, which blocked the road to other users. The other comment is that there seemed to be no clear policy for rubbish disposal to enable recycling of plastics and paper and separation of kitchen waste. (And no sign of a bottle bank anywhere! We took our bottles and newspaper home with us.)

  • "A wonderfully refurbished apartment with stunning views of the Bristol Channel, conveniently located not far from the harbour and the surrounding amenities."

    Whilst car parking outside the apartment is restricted, the public car park(s) are within 5min walking distance (I’d recommend purchasing a ticket via www.northdevon.gov.uk/parking). I’d certainly recommend this apartment.

  • "Lovely apartment with fabulous views over the sea."

    Great central location. Well equipped lounge kitchen and bathrooms. Slight negative regarding no wardrobe space only a hanging rail in main bedroom and non in 2nd small bedroom. Window in main bedroom difficult to access for opening, and unable to open wi cow in 2nd bedroom. Overall a nicely presented apartment and would use again.

  • "The only constructive feed back we would state is that the there was only 2 toilet rolls supplied for the full week and only 1 large towel and 1 small towel per person and without having a fitted washing machine this was not enough."

    Also there were no spare bin liners. Out with this, the apartment was beautiful and in a great location and very unique. It was spotlessly clean and tastefully designed and finished. Value for money and a sea view that would be hard to beat. Amazing ! Would not hesitate in coming back again.

  • "Issue with ensuite light was reported and attended to with no fault found."
