  • "The cottage is compact but perfectly formed!"

It was impressively clean on arrival and has almost everything required for a relaxed stay, including its own allocated parking space. There is easy access to a number of quiet lanes for regular dog walks, and also longer hikes on the Tarka Trail.

  • "Wonderful place, cosy and very comfortable, was everything we needed for the two weeks we had there."

It’s in a beautiful location not far from the beach, local shops nearby, and owners on hand if we needed which we didn’t but a nice welcome anyway. Overall exactly what you need when you go away. ❤️

  • "A great base for our week of hikes in this superb area."

The house had all the facilities and comfort we needed. The car parking space, which is just behind the house, is limited but it was ok for our small car.

  • "Had a great stay at Lavercombe Farm Cottage, which is a lovely, no frills, small cottage, with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room."

The towels and bed linen were clean. Ideal for a stay in Combe Martin exploring NW Devon.

  • "We enjoyed our stay at Lavercomb Farm Cottage but there were a few issues."

The cold water tap in the sink in the main bedroom constantly dripped. There was a crack in the sink where the cold tap was and the tap had obviously been overtightend. Parking facilities are not really adequate the parking space is small suitable only for a small car it is also on an incline off a steep hill and this should be highlighted in the description of the cottage. Other than that it was fine.
