  • "We didn't want to leave."

The property has been beautifully renovated and very tastefully decorated and furnished. The view from the back garden was very special and we all enjoyed starting our day looking out over the fields towards the church, taking in the early morning sunshine. Being able to let the dogs out into the garden without having to worry about them escaping was a real bonus for us. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The property is maintained & equipped to a high standard, we received lovely treats and a welcome pack upon arrival from the lovely on-site management team, who were very helpful & friendly throughout our stay. The dogs also had amazing time playing in the secure garden, with long walks in the surrounding fields.

  • "Tembridge is situated in Mid Devon which is an ideal location for Exmoor and The North Coast."

The sympathetically converted barn definitely deserves a 5* rating for comfort and amenities. It’s rare to find such a luxurious cottage that’s so dog friendly with a secure garden and fields for walks. We have returned on numerous occasions to West Yeo Farm and therefore highly recommend a stay there.

  • "What a fabulous place for our annual family get together to celebrate our mother’s birthday."

We’ve stayed in some beautiful places over the years but I think Trembridge House is the best. Very spacious for social gatherings in the evenings when all the family were present but cosy enough when it was just my husband and I. We had thought that once the rest of the family had departed on the Monday, we may rattle around - but no, it was perfect in every way. Very well appointed and equipped too, including the kitchen, which was important as we all enjoy cooking. Stunning location and friendly hosts - thank you. We will return.

  • "Beautiful property, converted barn finished to a very high spec, including The White Company bed linen & Neff Hide & Slide oven etc."

Photos of the property are accurate, in fact can’t do the property justice. Welcome goodies of fresh eggs, sponge cake, crisps & wine were a lovely touch. All the beds were very comfortable & sofas in the lounge were comfy as well. Nice enclosed garden with patio furniture. The owners & the couple who manage the cottage live on the farm, were all lovely & on hand at any time in case we had any problems, but we didn’t have any. So peaceful, the perfect place for family get togethers, to go for walks & generally chill out. Plenty of villages & towns & places of interest within easy reach by car, so a good base for exploring

This does not exist. There is only one staircase at the property. It was rather off-putting in deciding if the property was suitable for our mixed age requirements. Otherwise a really great place to stay.

The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and cosy stay. The owners were helpful in recommending walks and places to see. The welcome pack of wine and breakfast food was a really nice touch and was very much appreciated. We were also very grateful for the supply of wood for the woodburner. The lovely village of Witheridge is nearby and there are plenty of walks and nice pubs in the area. We had a lovely time! The only downside was that Storm Dennis hit whilst we were there and the WiFi was down for the majority of our stay. We still had work to do and not having WiFi made things very tricky for us. The owners were unable to fix it and BT would not come out to look at it during our stay. With functioning WiFi though, I cannot fault this lovely property.

Perfectly situated to visit both North and South Devon coasts within an hour. The property itself felt cozy even though it was really very spacious. All mod cons... I now need to replace our boring fridge with the one they have!! Our little dog Gus had a lovely time exploring the large garden and the cows came to the bordering fence each day to say hello. The welcome pack was great. The Victoria sponge was perfect!! Our friends wanted to book again for New Year as soon as we got back home, so that speaks volumes.
