  • "Nice and extremely convenient place to stay, literally only minutes from what is on offer in Dartmouth."

Parking permit worked well and really convenient. We did find the armchairs a little uncomfortable, but this is probably down to personal preference. Overall an extremely pleasant break in a nice well equipped and comfortable (apart from the armchairs!) property.

  • "The shower was a little grubby the grout requires cleaning."

We had a lot of rain during our stay causing the gate to the yard to swell and jam requiring a hefty push to open it. The back passage leading to the property has a lot of verdigris, moss and became muddy and slippery after the rain. On the plus side the facilities in the main room were good and comfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. The grout in the shower will be replaced as part of our winter maintenance. The timber garden gate is new and has swelled with the recent rain. This will be adjusted shortly. Your stay co-incided with torrential rain which flooded other parts of the town centre. It also made Undercliff, the pedestrian only historic laneway diving acces to the Studio, rather muddy and we have again asked the Council to clean it more often. In the meantime I have done my best in the area around the entrance gate Property Owner

  • "We were very happy with Cobalt."

It had everything we needed including a knife sharpener! It was very quiet and dark at night so sleeping was no problem. Parking was easy and directions to the property good. If a small folding clothes airer could be stored attached to the back of the bathroom door then it could be used on the patio or living room to dry the towels.

Thanks for your great feedback. We are pleased you liked Cobalt Studio and had a good holiday. We will supply a clothes drying rack as you helpfully suggested. Thank you. Property Owner

  • "A lovely welcome from Colbait studios owners, with a bottle of champagne."

Nice central location. Lovely suntrap area in the small courtyard area. The property though could of been cleaner. Cobwebs and kitchen area, around cupboards and draws had marks and stains. The bathroom was modern and shower powerful and hot, but a damp smell was apparent.

Thanks for leaving feedback. We have emphasised to our cleaners the importance of leaving the flat in pristine condition. I check it when possible between lettings. Property Owner

  • "Great little bolt-hole right in the centre of town - ideally placed for shops/cafes/ferries/buses and car park (also very useful to have the car park pass supplied)."

Accommodation very compact but bright and modern and perfectly adequate - probably best not to bring too much luggage!

Thanks for taking the trouble to leave positive feedback. Being a studio flat means that by definition there is limited space in the flat but its layout makes the most of the space available Property Owner

  • "The property was very well stocked, it had all we required."

The cleanliness was very good, the hospitality and welcoming gestures were excellent. The location of the property is well situated for all amenities.

Many thanks for your positive review. We try hard to offer a top quality property and welcome feedback both positive and negative as the latter allows us to improve. Property Owner
