    “The front door lock is wearing needs to be replaced.”

    The parking facilities are useless for anything larger than a “very”small car and mounting the curb on uneven groundThe public car parks difficult to always get a space, In season would be horrendous. If R@R want regular bookings may I suggest this problem needs sorting as double yellow lines outside property. The property itself is spotlessly clean with everything you would need.

The property

A charming three-storey terrace house, within five-minutes’ walking distance of Dartmouth’s famous waterfront, restaurants and shops. This centrally located property is well-equipped with homely furniture and spacious rooms. With 2 bedrooms, this is an ideal property for families and couples.

On entrance to the cottage is a ground floor lobby which leads through to stylishly furnished open-plan living and dining room.

A three-seater leather sofa with a leg extension is perfect for relaxing on after a busy day exploring the local area, or you can choose to rest on the single leather armchair.

The room contains a large flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Along the wooden floor find the dining area with a pine table and seating for up to 6 people.

Next to the table is an oak sideboard, useful for storing away games and other belongings. The modern kitchen is fitted with all the essential units needed for cooking up a treat.

This includes a 5-ring gas burner and 2 ovens, a dishwasher, washing machine, a freestanding fridge/freezer and microwave.

A door leads to the rear yard with access pathway to neighbouring properties.

On the first floor is a great sized twin room with 2 leather framed single beds.

Matching pine bedside tables, drawers and a wardrobe as well as a leather chair and storage chest, make up this homely room. Along the corridor is a fully tiled family bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower heated towel rail, wash-hand basin and WC.

The room also has under-floor heating, perfect for those chilly winter days.

The second floor contains the main double bedroom with a super-king size bed.

The room has a bedside drawer, dressing table and sun lounger.

Sliding doors lead out to a small balcony with views over neighbouring gardens.

All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. The property is located right in the heart of Dartmouth on Victoria Road, which directly leads to the town centre and all of its attractions.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town. For those seeking some beach activities, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blue Flag Award winner Blackpool Sands, and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular and just a stone's throw from Dartmouth.
