  • “Lovely flat and really good position near the sea.”

    I would like to point out the bathrooms do need brighter lights in them. Also the large gas ring on cooker does not work. Cleaning could be a litter better.

The property

It offers a king-size bedroom, home to a wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets.

Watch a movie as the night closes in and be in comfort with it all.

Two twin bedrooms are nicely furnished with neutral colours and soothing décor; the first showcasing views over the sea.

There is a Jack-and-Jill en-suite shower room is conveniently placed for easy access, with an additional all-white family bathroom perfect for unwinding after an eventful afternoon.

Just a one minute stroll along level paths from the town centre, you can breathe in the sea air and look upon Brunel's historic Great Western Railway, which sweeps along the coastline.

Nearby there is much to occupy the visitor along the English Riviera coastline including Paignton Zoo, the both the Dartmouth and South Devon Steam Railways, and the fishing harbour of Brixham.

Further afield Exeter, Paignton and Plymouth are all accessible from Dawlish’s main line station.

And finally if you feel in the mood take the walk along the sea wall to Dawlish Warren, have a cup of coffee and catch the train back.

You will not want to miss the wonders of this sea-front spectacular location.

A charming seaside town set on the southern coast. The town of Dawlish offers all of the facilities for day-to-day living including a pleasant variety of shops, restaurants and cafés and a small cinema. Dawlish is famous for its Black Swans that live with other wildfowl on the Dawlish Water that runs through the central town park down to the sea, at night in the summer it is beautifully lit by strings of coloured lights. Dawlish comes with a wonderful, sandy beach with a crazy golf course also nearby, it is the perfect place for a family holiday. Up the coast is Dawlish Warren that can be reached by car or train or, for those energetic types, a walk along the sea wall. Further afield, Dawlish mainline station offers access to Exeter, Exmouth, Torquay, Paignton or even Plymouth, trains are plentiful.
