The property

Flat 5 is a delightful Dawlish apartment, cradling the waterfront Marine Parade on the southern coast of England.

Accessed via three staircases, it is the ideal base for a small family, couples or friends looking to explore a picturesque region of Devon, with plenty of amenities on the doorstep.

Once you have discovered the fine attractions of the area, return to this bright and airy apartment to spend your down time.

Perch yourself at the window seat and admire the fabulous sea views as you sip a glass of wine or drift your gaze up from a book.

There is a lovely dining table for you to enjoy a tasty meal with your loved ones in the bay window, prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.

Later you can relax on the sofa in front of the TV and enjoy some well-deserved family time.

Catch your rest in one of two bedrooms, each dressed in a muted coastal theme.

The family bathroom allows you to relax your muscles after a day at the beach, run a bath and fully relax in the bubbles, or wake to a rejuvenating shower each morning.

There is a steep ladder staircase climbing up through a roof window to the terrace, where you can truly make the most of a sun-filled day.

The glass balustrade makes it perfectly safe, yet the ladder is unsuitable for young children.

Flat 5 also comes with off-road parking so you can leave the car behind and explore this fabulous town on foot, with the beach, shops and pubs right on the doorstep.

There is a handy pub next door and it is just a short stroll into the town.

Explore the South West Coast Path passing through a host of charming towns and villages, with spectacular views.

Venture further afield to Exeter with its castle and Northernhay and Rougemont Gardens, Exmouth the gateway to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and even Torquay offering a selection of continental-style cafés and restaurants.

This is a superb choice for your next holiday in England.
