  • "Very clean & comfortable lodge with everything you could possibly need to be self sufficient for a week."

Hot tub was lush and used daily. As stated in listing, it is very remote which we loved, but may not suit everyone.

  • "Lovely property, fully kitted out with everything you might need - a real home from home."

All top quality appliances and equipment - including outside furniture and BBQ. Hot tub was perfect, clean and fully functioning. The lodge itself is in a quiet and tranquil setting. Nearby towns, and beaches are just a short drive away. Nothing negative to say at all.

  • "We had a lovely stay."

Very beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The lodge itself is very well equipped and we didnt need to bring anything of our own regards kitchen equipment. The only reason I havent given the 5 stars is there are a few things in the lodge that could do with replacing and fixing but nothing that effected our stay. Also the hot tub had not been cleaned and had a thick layer of scum around the edge and dirt in the bottom. Also when we tested the water it had no chemicals in. Once we sorted that it was absolutely lovely and we spent lots time in it relaxing.

  • "The perfect relaxing get away."

The lodge is equipped with everything you could possibly need and it was spotless. We didn't see a soul the entire week and it was the ideal place to decompress. We made full use of the deck and hot tub as we were blessed with amazing weather. Thank you so much for the experience. *Try The Thatched Inn pub, Bideford. Wonderful place!

) In a quiet location for varied days out. Ideal for adults, the hot tub is a special touch and everything was clean and comfortable. The hangers for wetsuits/swimsuits was a nice touch! Very useful information provided about local attractions, places to eat and important contacts, should you need them. There are some books and games if you decide to stay 'home' for a day or two. And it's dog friendly! Highly recommended
