“I guess only area was the check in and out times.”

6 pm check in is late and 9 am is very early. Eats into both days start and end if break. Extra hour on each time would have been positive

We do agree that the current check in and out times are not as we would like them to be. As you know, these have had to be adjusted very widely for holiday accommodation generally to give cleaners the flexibility to carry out the significant amount of extra cleaning measures required to keep them and guests safe during the pandemic. On the plus side, the recent vaccine optimism raises the hope that we may all be able to move back towards normality in 2021 - Sykes owner relations
