    “Beautiful barn conversion in peaceful location”

    Great barn conversion in a courtyard setting, very cleverly designed and beautifully furnished. Very spacious and well equipped. Peaceful setting, only sounds from the birds and the sheep! Ideal central position for visiting Salcombe, Dartmouth etc. ...

    Great barn conversion in a courtyard setting, very cleverly designed and beautifully furnished. Very spacious and well equipped. Peaceful setting, only sounds from the birds and the sheep! Ideal central position for visiting Salcombe, Dartmouth etc. My only slight reservation would be the very narrow lanes you have to drive down to get to this property. The lanes are pretty quiet, we didn't meet too much traffic but did get into a sticky situation with a taxi minibus. But that's the price you have to pay for such a tranquil and rural setting.

Set in a peaceful rural location only two miles from the town of Kingsbridge and eight miles from the nautical town of Salcombe, Goveton is a pretty, quaint village with plenty of green rolling hills and characterful charm.
