  • “The accommodation was good, the owners were friendly, the outlook from the property was stunning and we had a great holiday.”

    A slight disadvantage was the long and very narrow lane to the property, which involved a number of lengthy back-ups to allow passage of other vehicles, mainly farm vehicles. Maybe we were unlucky with our timings. However this is nitpicking, and not something that can be remedied. Generally highly recommended.

Owl Barn is a semi-detached barn conversion, resting within an idyllic farm location on the edge of Dartmoor in Devon.

The local stannary town of Tavistock is a short drive away, where you can browse the local panier market, walk the riverside or visit one the many cafes and restaurants.

Alternatively you will find a good section of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as attractions including Plymouth Hoe, Whitsand Bay and the National Marine Aquarium in the city of Plymouth.
