Orestone House

Two beautifully presented apartment properties enjoying captivating views of the coast, situated away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside town of Teignmouth, set within the spectacular Orestone House. Orestone Garden and Orestone View have been designed with a large group of couples, friends and families in mind, with four well-presented bedrooms situated across both apartments to choose from, each offering a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit the requirements of your group. Grandparents or a couple seeking privacy away from the rest of the group can enjoy the one bedroomed property, Orestone Garden, whilst the rest of the group will be delighted by the spacious property, Orestone View. The two retreats offer well-equipped kitchens and spacious dining areas, perfect for hosting get-togethers over a delicious home-cooked meal. During the summer months, you and your loved ones can look forward to making the most of the shared garden, where you can pour yourselves a glass of wine to catch the final glimpses of sunshine, whilst your canine companions stretch their legs on the lawn. If you can tear yourself away from this wonderful accommodation, a short car journey will bring you to Teignmouth, where you will find the Taste of the Teign food trial, offering opportunities to sample world renowned mussel and oyster beds which will have been caught that morning and are served within most of the restaurants. Whilst here, spend some time soaking up the sun before tackling one of the many watersports on offer at the sandy beach and spending hours on the promenade and playing within the arcades. If you are seeking something more adventurous, follow the South West Coast Path to discover the dramatic scenery of the coastline or head to the Dartmoor National Park to admire the rolling countryside setting. Orestone House promises a wonderful escape to this picturesque part of Devon.

The property

Orestone Garden apartment offers the perfect escape for two, with a contemporary design, sea views you won’t be able to peel your gaze from and features that make it that little bit special.

The open plan living, kitchen and dining space means you can relax together in style, whether you’re creating a culinary masterpiece for two or just whiling away a cosy evening on the leather sofas.

When the sea views beckon, step outside onto your sun terrace.

Just imagine enjoying a glass of something bubbly on your terrace with the sun on your face, or dining al fresco whilst the moon rises over the sea.

Who says you have to leave the views when it’s time for bed?

The bedroom has access to the sun terrace too, so you can wake up and step outside for a breath of fresh air and be greeted by the most beautiful of sun rises.

Grandparents or a couple seeking privacy away from the rest of the group can enjoy the one bedroomed property, Orestone Garden, whilst the rest of the group will be delighted by the spacious property, Orestone View.

There’s a little luxury in the bathroom, thanks to the double walk in shower, so you won’t even have to take turns to shower off the sand after a day on the beach when you return to your home from home.

You’ll be welcome to make use of the lawned communal garden too, so if you bring your pet with you they'll be able to stretch their legs in between outings.
