Spend an afternoon marvelling at the paleontologist’s collection of more than 9,000 specimens of fossils and things found on excavations at the Dinosaurland Fossil Museum.
For real history buffs who can't get enough, then visit the Lyme Regis Museum for more local history in a purpose-built Victorian building.
Walk along the East Devon Way for a great way to see the landscapes and terrain of this Are of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Nearby towns of Axminster and Seaton are worth a visit and are within easy driving distance or take the bus through to Bridport and experience the outdoor market.
