The property

Relax and unwind in this newly renovated, spacious two-bedroom annexe located in the quaint village of Uplyme, a riverside walk (or quick bus ride) from the seaside town of Lyme Regis.

The Old Stores Annexe is light and comfortable, perfect for the whole family.

Sleeping 4 in a double bed and the choice of 2 single beds or one super-king, end your days spent at the seaside or walking the hills, with dinner round the table, a soak in the bath or curled up on the comfy sofas. With luxurious bedding, comfy sofas, and shelves full of books and games, it's a light and airy getaway with space for the whole family. The entire space has heating, soft carpets and cosy blankets to keep you warm over the winter months.

Make it a long weekend and bring your laptop – we've got a dedicated desk and work area. The Annexe has a full kitchen stocked with all the equipment you would need to make a gourmet meal.

Ready to cook homemade meals and breakfast packs with local produce, available on request.

Basics of tea, instant coffee, sugar, flour, oil, salt and pepper provided. This is a home from home kitchen you'll find it hard to leave behind. A dining table seats the whole family for meals, and a washing machine and outside line covers the practicalities. The master bedroom has a double size bed and doors out to your private courtyard.

A sumptuous duvet, comfortable mattress and plenty of pillows should ensure a great night's sleep. The second bedroom can be made into two cosy single beds or one super-king bed. With shelves, drawers, and hanging space in both rooms, there is ample room to unpack and make you feel at home. A bath with shower overhead takes pride of place in the spacious bathroom.

There's plenty of room for your toiletries in the cabinet, and a heated towel rail to hang your towels. The private, code-secured courtyard can be accessed through a key-code locked gate, as well as from the kitchen or double bedroom.

It has water to wash off sandy boards, wetsuits and toes and power to charge E-bikes. The Annexe has two dedicated off-street carparks.

Electric vehicle charging is in place and can be arranged for a small extra fee. Take a stroll along the River Lim, or a short bus ride, to Lyme seafront, where you can peruse the shops, dip in the sea, enjoy a cream tea at a local café or meal in one of the many restaurants and pubs.

Uplyme village boasts a filling station with well stocked stores, and a great pub which serves meals. A bus stop outside the property connects you to Axminster train station and the Jurassic Coaster bus that takes you along the coast to Bridport and Weymouth.
