The property

This imposing Grade II listed, end of terrace house provides excellent accommodation filled with character features in the heart of the Victorian seaside resort of Ilfracombe on the North Devon coast.

A short walk will take you to the beach and the town’s amenities making this an ideal choice for a traditional family holiday.

Four lovely bedrooms are spread over the four floors, with the master having a bay window and benefitting from an en-suite shower room.

Step outside and find the famous Tunnels Beaches practically on your doorstep.

Built in the Victorian times, these hand carved tunnels lead through to a sea water pool and beach where you can sit back and enjoy the rugged scenery while the children splash in the pool or discover the fabulous rock pools.

Relax over lunch overlooking the pretty harbour and admire Damien Hirst’s famous Verity statue which commands the harbour entrance or treat yourself to a glorious Devon Cream Tea at one of the quirky cafes.

The beautiful stretches of sands at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton are just a short drive away and offer safe bathing, surfing waves and soft sands for relaxing or sand castle building.

The National Park of Exmoor is within easy driving distance and offers miles of rolling landscape, hidden valleys and country pubs or take a day out to The Big Sheep or the Milky Way Adventure Park for a fun-packed day for all the family.
