  • "Perfect place for our short break visiting family."

House was very clean and perfect for our needs. Only point for improvement is that the water pressure in the showers was way too low.

  • "In need of refurbishment and some TLC."

Lacking storage in bedrooms for underwear etc. Garden needs serious attention. Showers were very poor flow. Aside from that it was adequate and we enjoyed our stay.

  • "Everything we wanted and everything we needed."

A spotlessly clean and modern home from home. Allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday. The many cushions provided were helpful to stack for a more upright position on the sofa. An important consideration for mature bones.

Had to buy batteries for remote and a bottle opener but that was not a major problem. The other thing that would have helped was instructions for oven and washing machine.Overall a very good time was had by all

  • "There are many issues with this property and it is not up to the standard for a holiday let."

As mentioned in previous reviews we also experience a funny smell throughout the house which we suspect was carpet fresher, we also could not close the back door and the mattresses in both bedrooms were unsatisfactory. One was lumpy on one side and the other was very hard. The mattress in the main bedroom was without a mattress protector. The kitchen oven smoked and there was only one prepping knife available.

  • "Hi A few things I need to bring to your attention."

Firstly the door kitchen door wouldn't lock from the inside it had to be locked from the outside then I had to enter the house through the living doors. The water system was extremely noisy when running the bath. Wasn't helpful when the children were in bed sleeping. Kind regards Mrs M Turner

The hot tap in the bath BANGS loudly you can hear it all over the house. Other than that excellent, thank you

  • "There were areas of house not clean when we arrived, found rubbish under bed, kitchen cupboards not clean inside, carpet stains, just didn’t look clean."

There was a no information in house regarding things to do in the area. There were things that were broken, eg microwave plate didn’t turn, en-suite shower thermostat broken (shower was replaced on the Wednesday), chair in dining room falling apart, kitchen back door impossible to lock so we couldn’t use it. No cupboards in third bedroom to put anything away. With some adjustments could be a lovely holiday home as in a good area to explore. But we were disappointed with cleanliness and broken equipment.

  • "Really clean comfortable house."

Totally enclosed back yard, great for the dog. Well equipped kitchen. Nice quite location and a stone's throw from town. Would definitely recommend this place.

  • "Was a good location and he accommodation was clean."

There was an issue with the microwave plate (rotation did not work) and the kitchen lacked small common items eg: potato peeler. The TV had a faulty aerial connection and there was an absence of a dishwasher, a QR code to scan or details about the Wifi. These items did not seriously detract from our stay and we would recommend the property to others,
