The cottage

With its dramatic cliffs and rocky headlands, North Devon offers some of the most magnificent coastal scenery in the South West.

Swallows Nest, situated off a quiet country lane in the pretty hamlet of Kentisbury Ford, is the ideal base for exploring both the coast and nearby Exmoor.

This immaculate barn conversion has been beautifully finished throughout.

The sunny patio garden is private and overlooks a shared lawn with a picnic table and children's play equipment and has superb long views over Exmoor.

Inside Swallows you'll find a smart, open plan living/kitchen/dining area with attractive beamed ceilings.

A handsome half turn wooden staircase leads to a spacious double bedroom in the eaves and a stylish modern en-suite shower room.
