Lower Great Torr is a charming attached period farmhouse situated on the outskirts of the idyllic village of Kingston, Devon, close to the dog-friendly Wonwell Beach and the South West Coast Path.

With its attractive yellow and red tiling, solid wood units and granite worktops to brighten up your work space.

The dining area has seating for up to six people, with a cushioned settle and a study area in the corner of the room.

On the first floor you will find three lovely bedrooms: one king-size, one double with an en-suite shower room and a twin.

There is a separate family bathroom with a bath and shower over, a perfect spot to relax after a tiring day.

There is also a first floor cloakroom and WC.

The bedrooms have a range of modern furniture, including matching bedside tables with reading lamps, and the master bedroom housing a stunning dressing table.

Outside has a lovely front and side landscaped garden with a lawn area, a summer house and furniture provided.

Off-road parking is available for up to four cars.
