! We enjoyed our holiday but there were issues with all three showers, we were told about one of them on arrival and it was suggested maybe shouldn't use it. The seating in the large lounge consisted of two small sofas and two chairs. Some of the cooking pans and had to be scrubbed before they could be used were dirty. Overall a nice property but, overpriced and needed updating.

At the top end of Kingston is this detached contemporary house amid countryside.
Sheltered and private, it is lovely smart family accommodation in a very beautiful area.
Head into the hall and down a few steps into your lofty sitting room, all light and bright for opening the glass doors to the garden on a sunny day or snuggle up beside the wood burner and watch TV.
The kitchen is equally spacious and country style, with a practical tiled floor, big sociable table and chairs and more doors to the garden.
Three of the bedrooms are found on the ground floor, one en suite, with a family bathroom, or head upstairs to the romantic double under the eaves with a shower room.
On this upper gallery landing is a useful seating area where the children can watch DVDs.
But when the weather is fine, the little ones will want to be outside enjoying the garden at the back and side of the house, playing on the swing, playing hide and seek around the trees and gathering on the patio for family barbecues.
Seaside fun will be on the agenda, with a good sandy beach at Wonwell for bodyboarding and a fabulous big beach at Bigbury-on-Sea where you can enjoy sandcastling, running free and surfing, maybe with the popular surf school.
This is an excellent area for walking too, either leisurely strolls on local footpaths or around the River Erme’s wooded estuary or long hikes along the South West Coast Path.
And if you don't feel like doing much at all, wander a few hundred yards to the excellent village inn for some liquid refreshment or a hearty supper.
Orchard Cottage is ideal accommodation for a family to enjoy the delights of the South Hams.
