"We really enjoyed our stay and I even looked to see if we could book again in the summer, but it wasn't available."
Everything you could think of needing was there. Fantastic views from the kitchen and a great location as a base for exploring the area.

"The property was warm, comfortable and spacious for 7 people."
The view from the kitchen across the bay was spectacular. The bungalow is central to many places of interest, all being within a reasonable distance. Plenty of space to park 4 cars, if required. Very friendly and helpful owners. We would like to go back again.

"A large and comfortable place to stay with amazing views of fields, farm animals, the sea in the distance and the currently redundant cruise ships!"
Had everything we needed for enjoyable stay, and lovely touch of a Cream Tea awaiting our arrival. Comfortable beds with clean, good quality bedding and towels. Good parking (we had 3 cars for some of our stay) Would definitely recommend and return at some point.

"Despite poor weather in the main, the facilities in North Park more than compensated."
It is fully equipped, with higher bandwidth wifi in particular compared to others.

"The owner was very friendly and welcoming."
The house was in a lovely position and it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The views were beautiful and other than the weather it was a perfect break. My wife and I will almost certainly return sometime in the future. Thanks!

"An absolutely beautiful bungalow that was so clean and lovely to stay in especially the stunning views of Labrador Bay and waking up each morning to see sheep and cows on those lovely Devon Hills."
Susie the owner is such a lovely lady who doesn't mind any requests she even filled the freezer full of ice which I love with my vino ready for my arrival. North Park is central to Teignmouth, Shaldon and Torquay and even Dartmoor is only 20 minutes away. A truly beautiful holiday was spent at North Park by myself, my husband and my mum in law. Book North Park and you certainly won't be disappointed I promise you that

About the location
MAIDENCOMBE
Torquay 3 miles.
Nestling among green fields on the northern, coastal outskirts of Torquay, the tiny village of Maidencombe sits off the beaten track whilst being on the Devonshire coast known as the English Riviera. Consisting of a tiny cluster of cottages and a very picturesque pub, this lovely village attracts those seeking peace and quiet away from the main tourist path - a reason Rudyard Kipling once used for staying in the village himself. Perfectly placed for exploring Torquay and its many visitor attractions, including the Sea Life Centre, Paignton Zoo, theatres, beaches and a great shopping centre, Maidencombe is also ideal for savouring those attractions found in most major seaside resorts, but without the hustle and bustle of more famous tourist attractions. Slightly further afield are the rolling hills and wooded valleys of the South Hams, the picturesque fishing harbours of Brixham and Dartmouth, the wild open spaces of Dartmoor and the superb beaches of the South Devon coast that run all the way from the Exe estuary down towards Plymouth. A great base for exploring all that Devon has to offer!
