  • "The only thing that lets the property down is not having a proper shower."

There is only a mixer tap hand held shower on the Bath. Water pressure is fine but it’s awkward to use and with no screen or curtain, the water goes everywhere.

The property currently does not have a designated shower cubicle as per the listing, and has a bath and hand held shower attachment. There is no shower curtain currently as the shower is not designed to be fixed to the wall. The bathroom is spacious and functional, and we have plans to upgrade at a time when there are no bookings, awaiting builder availability Property Owner

Quaint and comfortable and accessible to both Devon coastal areas, a little dated
