"Beautiful holiday cottage, well furnished and equipped."
Was more than comfortable for our family of 6 with lots of space for everyone. Hillfield is a good location for exploring and only a short drive to local supermarkets and pubs.

We have stayed at some of the smaller properties onsite but now our children are a bit older, the additional space this property offers is just what we were looking for. The utility space was appreciated and well used and the property was equipped with everything we needed, actually a lot more so than other properties we have stayed at. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the patio and furniture due to the weather but can imagine it to be lovely with the doors open in the summer and having the option to dine al fresco. Beds were super comfortable and the property was quiet. We really hope to be back!

Beautifully decorated, spacious, well kitted out - there was absolutely everything you could need, from children's toys to a very useful wine chiller! Bedrooms were huge and luxurious, the upper floor was a suite in itself with stunning views. We were a party of 4 but the property could easily have accommodated more. The kitchen had everything you could ask for with a large dining table and access into a private garden with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for outdoor drinks or dinner, especially given that the weather was really hot during our stay. The playground opposite was so close we could watch the children from the window. Its an amazing location and the property could not have been any better on any front. We will be back, I'm sure several times over!

"A stunning property with plenty of space for the family."
The house has everything you would need across 3 floors and large bedrooms. Loved that we could all socialise and sit together in the open plan Lou he and dining, playing games and making memories. Clean and well decorated - a real homely feel. Plenty of parking space behind the property. Close distance to Dartmouth and accessible to the ferry over to Brixham. Would recommend.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes.
