An elegant kitchen diner houses all the necessities to prepare a tasty meal before joining the rest of the family at the table to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal with a balcony view.

During the warmer months open the door located within the kitchen to discover a quaint balcony area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee whilst soaking up the sunshine. For a relaxing evening at home, venture up the staircase to the sitting room where you will be able to curl up with your loved ones on the plush sofas to enjoy the breath-taking sea views.

There is a TV, DVD player and toy box with games to entertain you all.

Venture into the centre of Lynton where you will find a superb selection of award winning cafes, restaurants and pubs serving tasty locally sourced food, in addition to a selection of shops for picking up any necessities.

To keep you busy whilst staying here, explore the miles of stunning landscape that the National Park offers, where you can mountain bike, stroll or hike on one of the many trails; discovering its superb wildlife, including rare wild ponies, birds and butterflies.

If you are visiting with younger guests, head to the Exmoor Zoo housing the only pair of black leopards in the UK; or enjoy a cream tea at the National Trust tearoom at Watersmeet – an easy, circular walk that starts in Lynmouth.

The Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff railway is popular will all ages, being the only fully water powered railway in the UK, offering breathtaking views of the spectacular coastline.
