About the property

Located in the quaint village of Malborough, Starboard Light is a bright, open plan property which sleeps eight, only two miles from Salcombe.

Located within walking distance of local pubs, post office, garage and restaurants, this property is a fantastic base for families and groups wanting to explore the surrounding towns of Kingsbridge and the village of Thurlestone.

Salcombe with its beautiful waterfront, shops, restaurants, cafes and the passenger ferry running to unspoilt sandy beaches is two miles away.

This property has been designed and furnished to a high standard throughout and boasts enviable panoramic views across the adjacent green fields and down towards the Kingsbridge estuary.

Starboard Light has an open plan ground floor with a modern kitchen with a range of modern appliances, a separate utility / laundry room and a sunny dining area with a large round table which seats eight comfortably.

To the rear of the house is a large area of decked terrace with table and six chairs which is ideal for al fresco dining in the summer sunshine, and offers outstanding views of the surrounding countryside.

On the drive there is ample off-road parking for two to three cars.
