  • "Really enjoyed our stay at Fourwinds Brokan."

Kelvin, Sue and Alfie were perfect hosts. The views of Yes Tor are amazing and the cottage had everything we needed (except a dishwasher). If we need a base in the area again this will be our first choice.

  • "We had a brilliant holiday."

It is an excellent location to explore Devon. There was lots to do in the area for my four young active children. The accomodation was very clean, comfortable and had everything you need. It is perhaps a little dated in style, but I believe the owners have great plans to continually improve the house and gardens. The very large gardens where great for my children to play and roam around, with garden games available to enjoy. The owners are very friendly and helpful. My youngest son really enjoyed meeting their chickens and ducks which run free in the gardens. It is a great place, which given the owners plans for the future in only going to get better.

  • "Kelvin and Sue (and Alfie the dog) were extremely welcoming and made us all feel at home."

The property was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The weather wasn't brilliant, so the games room was a lifesaver! Our children loved playing and exploring in the gardens, and spending time with the hens. We had to drag them out to explore beautiful Devon!
