Little knowledge, no consistency in the following through of queries.
Constant emails if you look at properties on site.
Change over day now Friday not Saturday which results in additional holiday having to be taken.
Additional booking charge now.
Greedy commercial operation which resulted in us not extending the two weeks as we have in previous years.

Thank you for your feedback on this, we have reviewed the comments left in this feedback and would like to offer our apologies for how you feel towards the service you have received from Sykes in relation to your Helpful Holidays booking.
We work closely with Helpful Holidays to ensure that our booking process is robust and no errors occur.
New processes we have do include a charge for the services that we provide, this is something that we ensure all of our customers are aware of, this includes the fee you were made aware of for extending your stay as mentioned in the above feedback.
We do hope this doesn’t have a negative effect on your decision to book with us again in the future.
