“Overall an enjoyable holiday in a lovely locationThere were a few fairly minor issues; I had to unload the dishwasher On arrival and also rewash some of the items which hadn’t washed properly.”

The microwave had some dried on food so obviously hadn’t been cleaned and checked. One of the chopping boards was dirty. One of the frying pans was unusable as the base was loose. The roasting tin and baking tray were past their best and need replacing. The toilet seat in the middle bathroom was cracked. I felt the whole kitchen wasn’t up to the standard expected in a property of that price range. We did tell the hotel reception about these issues but nothing was done. I suppose we should ...

I felt the whole kitchen wasn’t up to the standard expected in a property of that price range. We did tell the hotel reception about these issues but nothing was done. I suppose we should have kept on at them but to be honest we had better things to do than keep going to reception every day and also it shouldn’t have been necessary. Also it might be an idea to mention that the property isn’t that suitable for people who have mobility problems. My husband has slight mobility problems and managed but the front entrance isn’t easy and there are 3 flights of open tread wooden stairs.
