This group of four beautifully spacious barn conversions rests on the fringes of the lovely North Tawton in Devon. These cottages are graced with warming, characterful features to provide the perfect base for a week of walking, cycling or simply sitting back and relaxing amongst the company of your loved ones. The living areas are roomy and lovingly decorated with cosy seating and TVs to sit and watch at the end of a long day. The bedrooms in each cottage are finished to an exquisite standard, many with pristine en-suite facilities, offering a comforting place to catch your well-earned rest. Warden Farm showcases the most astonishing views, with the lack of light pollution in the area making star-gazing a fascinating pastime. There are five acres of private meadows surrounding the cottages, where guests can walk their dogs, sit and relax, or watch the abundance of wildlife around the natural ponds; from roe and deer to owls and buzzards. The Taw Valley provides lovely walks along the river banks as well as the Tarka Trail, available to walk or cycle at your leisure whist admiring the divine setting. In Devon, you can always be assured of plenty of local shops, traditional pubs and quaint villages waiting to be discovered. The more adventurous may wish to tackle the rugged and dramatic Dartmoor Tors. The North Devon coastline is renowned for its long, sandy beaches, ideal for safe bathing and surfing, whilst the historic cathedral city of Exeter is just a short drive away with its cobbled streets, array of architecture, and interesting quayside area with cafés and antique shops. A stay in these beautiful North Tawton cottages will provide peace, relaxation, and a taste of rural life in stunning Devon countryside.
