"Bay Tree Cottage is absolutely beautiful."
It was furnished to an exceptional level & so well equipped & clean. The bed was so comfortable, slept really well & the kitchen was fabulous with all you needed & more, the owners have thought of everything. Really spacious, light and airy.
We were an unexpected late arrival & were accommodated last minute which we really appreciate & they still took the trouble to deliver a cream tea to us too. Thank you for a great holiday & we will be back in June.

"Lovely stay in this delightful holiday cottage."
The owners have gone above and beyond in providing everything you might need. We really appreciated the extra touches… fresh flowers, cream tea and dog treats.
The beds were comfy and beautifully laundered towels added to the luxury feel. We didn’t find the steps to the property a problem although this could be mentioned on the information for more elderly guests.
Glad you enjoyed your stay in Bay Tree Cottage and appreciated the little extras. Hope you come back and stay with us again.

"We loved the house and location."
The improvements to the kitchen and master bedroom were a lovely bonus! We would definitely recommend Bay Tree House and Dartmouth to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing coastal break.

"Hi - The property was fantastic!"
Extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped, when we got there the house was better than the pictures showed - new kitchen was amazing. A small piece of feedback would be to have another frying pan / some additional saucepans, as because the kitchen was so nice we took the opportunity of getting the fresh fish from Brixham and cooking more than we usually would on holiday. Outside space is great and the shower pressure brilliant. Would highly recommend.
In addition to the above it is worth noting that the staff at Coast & Country Dartmouth went above and beyond to look after us during our stay, a local service I have not had before however will look for in future booking.

"This was our second hearing running we have stayed at this lovely property with family, including our dog."
The property is very comfortable, very well equipped and we really liked the new kitchen. There is plenty of space for a family of six and the fact that it accommodates pets is a bonus. We made use of the new decking and seating and outside lighting. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

"This is a fabulous Cottage - everything we could have hoped for and more!"
!! Incredibly well presented, comfortable and welcoming - with cupboards full of 'essentials' in case we'd forgotten anything, a gorgeous vase of fresh flowers and scrumptuous scones, jam and cream on arrival!! There is a fabulous, huge Super King bed in the gorgeous 'Master Bedroom' with views over the Dartmouth hillsides!! The courtyard was perfect in the sunshine in the early evenings and the sitting room with it's large soft sofa was brilliant after the sun went down!! Parking was really easy in the town centre car park (unloading on the footpath when we arrived - no problem at all). The walk up the hill wasn't very far or too steep - it did us good after all the food we'd eaten!! This was a wonderful holiday in a super place - we are really grateful for all the time and thought that has obviously gone into making Bay Tree Cottage so perfect - thank you so, so much!! "Fantastic stay!"
... Great comfort, amazing cleanliness and excellent interiors, one the best accommodations in Dartmouth. Facilities are second to none with everything you can imagine catered for stay inc' cream tea & fresh flowers on arrival with a well stocked kitchen larder. Our pet was made welcome with treats/biscuits & water bowls etc, We have already booked a 2 week stay for next year as it's like home from home. Photos on website don't do it justice as it now has an amzing kitchen and outdoor space.

"What a gem of a property!"
A pleasant 5 minute walk into Dartmouth Town Centre, the property comes with a parking permit in the main square car park (5 mins away). Everything has been thought about in the property. Ample supply of tea, coffee, washing machine and dishwasher pods. Fresh flowers and a cream tea delivered on our first evening! I've stayed in many holiday cottages and they leave 1 bin bag and 1 dishwasher tablet whereas the Bay Tree Cottage is generous in everything! Comfort is at the very heart of the property. Honestly, there isn't a single thing I could suggest to make this place better. Great outdoor seating area, beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. We enjoyed our time there so much that we intend to book a 2nd trip in September! The road is on an incline, but this didn't detract our experience at all. We love Dartmouth and to now have the Bay Tree Cottage as our go to, is a win-win!

"We all arrived very late on the first day so it was lovely to walk into a warm welcoming house including the delivery package of scones, cream and jam - very thoughtful."
Extra supplies of toiletries in the main bathroom were also a nice touch. The house is delightfully furnished and catered for our needs perfectly. The parking permit was such a help and the access to the town centre very easy. The pictures on the website does not do the house justice as there have been upgrades plus a new kitchen. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt. Thank you!

"We really enjoyed our holiday at Bay Tree Cottage."
The house is in a good location and was very comfortable with everything that we could possibly have needed. The "welcome pack" was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Thank you.
The owners might like to partially frosted glaze the bathroom window and add egg cups to the inventory.
Coast and Country Cottages were very prompt in sending a friendly and competent plumber to adjust the heating in the house.

"We had a wonderful stay at BayTree Cottage."
The property is spacious and well equipped. The flowers and cream tea on our arrival were lovely touches. The property is situated a short walk from the main area but is on an incline and has steps up to the house, which those with mobility issues may struggle with. The front patio area is pleasant and has a nice dining area. There is plenty to do and see in and around Dartmouth.

"A very comfortable and well equipt house."
The beds in particular were very comfortable and this really helped to make our week a very relaxing time. The cream tea provided on arrival was very much appreciated along with supplies of other essentials. Our dog also sends his grateful thanks for the doggy treats.

"Bay Tree cottage is a large spacious property, however being an elderly couple we did find it hard with steps leading up to the property carrying luggage etc."
We felt a hand rail would be safe and practical in this situation.

"We really enjoyed our stay at Bay Tree Cottage."
It really felt like home. Pretty much everything you need is included, tea, coffee, washing pods etc. A vase of fresh flowers too. At the property there is a folder full of useful information including places to eat & local walks which we took advantage of. A cream tea was provided for us on arrival which was a lovely touch!
