This attractive Edwardian family house is in a lovely residential street near the centre of Plymouth.
With plenty of space, and spread over three floors, this delightful cottage provides an ideal getaway for families, being a convenient base for exploring the city, discovering the south Devon coastline or just visiting family and friends nearby.
The spacious living room and dining room are linked by an attractive archway and both rooms have high ceilings with authentic plaster cornices, feature fireplaces, chandeliers and a large bay window at the front, making this a special room to relax and spend time with the family.
The kitchen has a modern feel, complete with breakfast bar, and guests can wander out to the garden with their coffees.
On the second and third floors the five elegant bedrooms provide ample sleeping for up to eleven people, sharing two bathrooms on the first floor.

A short drive away is the South Hams area of Devon, renowned for spectacular beaches, quaint villages and some amazing National Trust properties.
