Super comfortable, clean and spacious. The owners were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Location is steps away from the water, train station and pubs. Thank you for having us! Reviewed by Anya5.0★May 2023 "We had a lovely stay at Underhill during the Easter period." The home was very welcoming and warm and the host couldn't have done more for us. It was so sweet to have a small welcome hamper and drink. The fireplace was extremely cosy in the evening and location of the property was great. A few nice local pubs right on the doorstep for a drink, and the train station is a small walk away that can take you to either Exmouth or Exeter. Very much enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone. One piece of feedback, the heating system appeared to come on at random times and would recommend setting a programme. It was easy enough to turn off though. Thank you for your feedback, we are so pleased you had a good stay. Unfortunately, the WiFi thermostat for the heating has a mind of its own. In the short term I’ve set the clock on the boiler to come on one hour in the morning and one at night as the summers hopefully here! If it does get chilly the heating can be turned on by pushing the red button on the outside of the boiler cupboard in the downstairs hallway and turned off with another quick push on the same button. There is a short delay before it turns off. We hope to see you again.
