“Member of party had mobility issues at time of booking I was told there was one easy flight of stairs.”

There is no stair rail at top of flight ideally second banister required. Person struggled with steps.

There is no stair rail at top of flight ideally second banister required. Person struggled with steps. Waste and recycling area appears public health hazzard and does not create good impression. Disappointing to have to pay for WiFi having advertised WiFi. Otherwise very good location very clean and comfortable. Very well kitted out apartment

    - Mr Marshall, October 2020

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback following your stay at Apartment 6. With regard to the points raised there are two short flights of stairs, one up to the entrance door and one up to the first floor. The stairs are easy to climb but the property is not suitable for disabled guests and is not promoted as such. With regard to the dustbin bay the refuse is collected every week as one would expect. We can confirm that there is free Wi Fi provided in the flat - there is a possibility that you may have picked up the signal from the public library next door by mistake in this case. - Sykes owner relations
