1 Holmleigh is a comfortable, pet-friendly ground floor apartment within a substantial Victorian house, just minutes from Salcombe's array of boutique shops, pubs, restaurants and delightful waterfront.

The spacious single storey accommodation is an ideal bolthole for families or adult groups.

This property has a country style kitchen with attractive wooden cupboards, plus a separate utility room offering washing facilities and a Belfast sink. The light and spacious lounge offers two comfortable sofa, occasional furniture and a flat-screen TV.

The adjoining conservatory, with additional seating leads to a private garden perfect for outdoor dining.

This three bedroom apartment offers a master bedroom with a super-King size bed, wardrobe and en suite with walk in shower.

The second bedroom has a King-size bed that can be made into twin beds if required.

The third bedroom has bunk beds, plus a TV and games console.

In addition to the en suite is a family bathroom.

A spacious, private area of garden is available to the side of the apartment, with a lawn and some mature trees and shrubs.

Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. Off road parking for 2-3 cars is provided, which can be accessed from the rear of the garden.

Three bedrooms: 1 x King-size with en suite, 1 x King-size that can be turned into twin beds on request, 1 x bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Family bathroom. Well equipped kitchen and utility room. Dining room. Cosy sitting room. Conservatory. Private garden.

Kingsbridge 7 miles; Dartmouth 21 miles; Plymouth 24 miles; Paignton 26 miles.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
