  • "I absolutely love this property."

It is spacious, clean and comfortable. Please note, You do need to be fairly fit, to be able to access this property. I always wish there was a balcony, as by the time I've returned to the property from the Beach or Town and then climbed 2 flights of stairs , I really don't necessarily want to go out again. But would be perfect if I could sit outside to admire the stunning view from the property. A big ask... wishful thinking! Maybe a shower screen in the bathroom would be a plus to avoid water escaping and the curtain going mouldy, having said that, the shower works wonderfully. Thank you

  • "We first stayed in flat 7 Glenthorne in 1988 and from what we remember of it, it is still much the same."

We feel it needs some money spending on it to redecorate throughout and to update the lighting and TV.

Facilities were good apart from a bit of a dated TV which didnt always get good reception. Would stay again :)

  • "We had this apartment for the first time and found it very spacious and comfortable."

All appliances were working well. The bathroom is a little tired and could do with better storage. The toilets don't flush very well. The view on the estuary is stunning and the short walk down to the harbour made a real difference to our days . I would have liked an outdoor space to allow for drying beach stuff, without bringing sand into the apartment.

Everything working including wi-fi. Very spacious accommodation. Slight issue initially with access to fire escape which was resolved. Very good coast walking in the area, great beach nearby!

  • "Bright and spacious flat, well kitted out, with dedicated parking space."

Just a short distance (horizontally and vertically) from the centre of this beautiful village. Note Salcombe is hilly, and this is a top floor flat in a house that is half way up the hill. If you are moderately fit and healthy it should be OK! Would definitely book to stay here again.
