The bakery opens at 7.30am and closes at 10.30pm.
During peak times, one baker starts the morning shift at 6am but the only noise that might be heard at that time is an extractor fan being switched on when the doughnuts are being cooked!
The fan on the balcony is for the freezer in the bakery and cannot be turned off.
There is a delivery at 11pm.
Every effort is made to ensure that this delivery does not run later than 11pm and that the noise is kept to a minimum.
