“Great value for money if you have a family or 6 people staying.”

Facilities could have been better - the shower was broken and we were told it would be fixed whilst we were staying however it was not, luckily there was only 2 of us staying but only having an over bath shower wasn’t very comfortable. Beds are advertised as kings but felt more like a standard double. Mattress protector and sheets kept coming off which was annoying and not very comfortable but an easy fix. Great location for Salcombe and good view from the living room.
