    Beautifully and appropriately decorated throughout. Great space for family of 6. Well equipped and spacious kitchen. Outside space was quite small but just big enough for table and chairs - perfect.

Tried to book again for October half term but unfortunately not available but would definitely book again for Summer 2019.

The property

A beautifully presented two storey apartment situated towards the end of Buckley Street within easy access of Salcombe's famous waterfront, shops and restaurants.

From Buckley Street the main entrance leads into a spacious hallway where there is a cloakroom with w.c.

and wash-hand basin.

Double doors lead in to a spacious and very comfortable sitting/dining area with two double sofas, armchair, Smart TV and access to the front terrace via French doors.

The attractive dining area has a wooden table with six rattan chairs.

To the rear of the apartment is the fully fitted kitchen with a range of modern units, gas hob, double oven, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a breakfast bar with four stools.

There is also a comfy sofa tucked into a recess.

Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

From the kitchen, French doors lead out to a small terrace, with steps up to the rear courtyard and access to Church Street. Stairs lead up from the hallway to the first-floor bedrooms and bathroom.

The Master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with shower, w.c.

and hand basin.

Bedroom two has a King-size bed and fitted wardrobes; whilst the third bedroom has two single beds and built-in wardrobes.

The family bathroom is fully tiled and comprises bath, separate shower cubicle, w.c and hand basin. Outside, to the front of the apartment, is a walled paved garden with furniture, whilst to the rear is a small terrace with table and chairs.

Kingsbridge 7 miles; Dartmouth 21 miles; Plymouth 24 miles; Paignton 26 miles.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
