“No bottle opener, no large glasses, no oven gloves.”

More keys should be given as both bedrooms with a patio require them and we were constantly having to share. A key should be left in both bedroom doors The water pressure is extremely poor to the point that only one person could shower at a time and even then it still poor. Inadequate re-cycling facilities especially for plastics.

Thank you for your feedback following your recent stay. A bottle opener and new glasses will be purchased for the property. As the locks in the property are all keyed alike, we would run the risk of guests removing the patio keys and using these as additional door keys. We’re sorry to hear you had a problem with the water pressure, this will be investigated further as it’s not something that’s been reported before. Unfortunately, this property is on commercial refuse collections and at this stage are not offering a recycling service, however there are various recycling centres in the area. We hope you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to welcoming you back. - Sykes owner relations
