Well equipped and spotlessly clean! Our 2nd visit but won't be the last. Love the new TV and great having the Netflix and other channels to access! Out of your your control but very noisy with workmen/Gardner's but to be expected at this time of year . Didn't spoil our holiday and looking forward to returning next year. Thank you!

The view was the best part even with the hill! We just got very confused about not having water when the stop cock was turned off! We'd happily come back and stay again. It had everything we needed and more

  • "We thought Waders has a lot of potential and has great views."

The kitchen had everything you'd need on holiday and is in good condition. All the rooms are a good size and the bedrooms have plenty of storage. The electric heaters were efficient and easy to adjust. Unfortunately the décor is looking tired and there is a smell of damp throughout the property despite our best efforts to keep it ventilated. The carpets/rugs are a bit shabby and in various rooms the wallpaper is peeling from the walls/ceilings. At least one of the dining room chairs looks to be falling apart. The Wi-Fi was a bit patchy and the washing machine was poor, although appeared fairly new. If the new owners address these issues this could be a fantastic Salcombe property

Hi Philip Thank You so much for your review and that you enjoyed your stay in our well situated House in Salcombe and overall the amenities at Waders were good and yes all who stay enjoy the easy access to the town and views. We also thank you for the call outs on improvemnets and we are happy to let you know during the winter we are upgrading the house which includes new flooring and painting all the main rooms , so we hope to welcome you back in 2023 to enjoy the updates we have in process.
