Just a short 90 yards from the Beach in Seaton, Devon is this remarkable, three-storey townhouse of 18 Swallow Court.

Ideal for a family of six looking for a coastal getaway, 18 Swallow Court is not only near the Seaton town centre but enjoys access to the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty but enjoys access to a wealth of gorgeous beaches nestled on the south coast.

When arriving at the lovely abode, park in one of the three allocated parking places and wander inside to find stylishly decorated accommodation.

The living/dining room has been designed with relaxation in mind, with seating positioned in front of the TV and next to the floor-length windows streaming in natural light; continue upstairs to find another living space, a snug, that is more suited to the kids and also offers a large Smart TV and a choice of books.

After unwinding for a bit, continue to the kitchen, a room enjoying wooden units that house fantastic appliances that any budding chef would be pleased with.

Once a tasty meal has been fixed up, it can be enjoyed back in the living/dining room or pass through the French doors on the secure decking amid the sea breeze.

As the day comes to an end, choose one of three fabulously furnished bedrooms to rest in, with one of these resting on the first floor and offering a king-size bed with access to a contemporary, en-suite shower room, and the latter two, a double and a twin, resting on the second floor and enjoying glimpses of the sea.

Concluding the property's interior is the second-floor bathroom, a room enjoying coastal blues and bath with shower over; ideal for those evenings where you just want to soak up amongst the bubbles!

Seaton hosts several amenities, from eateries to well-equipped shops, you'll find everything you need here; the town additionally provides access to a stunning stretch of beach, the renowned Seaton Tramway, which travels to Colyton, stopping at Colyford on the way, along with the pretty Axe Harbour's flat level walk and the picturesque nature reserve of Haven Cliffs which offers walks along the River Axe and estuary.

The local nature reserve itself offers ample footpaths, cycle trails and bird hides, so you can really take in the outdoors and observe the variou wildlife that have made the marshes and estuary their home.

Continue along the coast to Beer, home to the popular Beer Beach, along with walks along Whitecliff via the South West Coastal Path and ample, independent shops for when you're wanting to do a bit of retail therapy.

Further along the way you will find Branscombe, deemed one of the most 'picturesque' villages along the Jurassic Coastline, the village offers the wonderful sights of its thatched cottages, along with access to the popular pub of the Masons Arms and access to a UNESCO beach.

Why not travel to Lyme Regis, where The Lyme Regis Museum can be toured, you can try your hand at fossil hunting along the lovely stretch of coastline, hike the famed Cobb and finish off the day with a meal at one of the many eateries?

Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
