"A good central location, very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed!"
We enjoyed it very much! It would have been better if parking was available for two cars, as the property can take groups of 8.

There is only one allocated space at the property but a reasonably priced weekly parking permit is available to purchase in the nearby car parks. "This cottage is a mixture of contradictions."
The plus points :very clean, bedrooms and main bathroom are a good size, kitchen is well equipped with a welcome pack and location is excellent . On the negative size, a house sleeping eight has only a tiny dining/room living room which feels cramped for two people let alone eight. The parking is for one car whereas eight people would need two cars and then have to find and pay for extra parking. The kitchen is so small that only one person can prepare food. The backyard is described as a courtyard but it is a yard backing onto the car park. The view from the back bedrooms is of a scrapyard.

The towels were fluffy and large- bath sheets. Loved the lights at low level which came on in the dark when you walked by, very useful. Lovely welcome pack including milk when we got there. There is parking for one car at the back of the property, we had taken two cars so the property manager suggested parking the other one near the trams. We got a ticket for the week at £25. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was very clean and well equipped. Some nice touches like an unexpected welcome pack of tea coffee milk and biscuits, and beach towels/windbreaks to borrow. Lots of beaches easily accessible by a short drive, and some nice nearby restaurants. Thank you for a great stay!

There is a large Tesco nearby as are bars and restaurants. The house accommodation was excellent and everything needed was supplied. Highly recommended

This charming townhouse is set one road back from the beach in the delightful coastal town of Seaton.
Well-suited for families or groups of friends, this pleasant holiday home offers three floors of delightful living accommodation, as well as being just a gentle stroll to a number of shops, eateries and most importantly, the glorious beach.
The kitchen is compact in size but comes fully equipped with all you could need for a week-long break, while the sitting room provides a snug quarter for those evenings on the sofa.
Patio doors lead out onto the courtyard where you can spend a moment in the sunshine whilst sipping on a refreshing beverage.
Make your way to the first floor to find two bedrooms, including a double and twin, in addition to the family bathroom.
The second floor plays host to the master bedroom which has a king-size bed with en-suite shower and even provides a glimpse of the sea if you look closely!
Seaton is a fantastic coastal town to use as your holiday base as it provides a wealth of pubs and restaurants if you fancy a night off cooking, as well as some independent shops and a supermarket for grabbing those last-minute essentials.
Walkers will be delighted to know that the South West Coast is within easy reach and provides a chance to see some wildlife and enjoy some spectacular views in either direction.
For a great family day out, pay a visit to the Seaton Jurassic and take a journey through the past of the Jurassic Coast, or venture towards the Beer Quarry Caves and enjoy a guided tour of the vast underground caverns.
Pecorama is also close by and offers a perfect day out for railway enthusiasts and garden lovers.
This family home is in a wonderful location, providing plenty to do for all the family.

Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
