  • "We loved our stay at Bay Tree House."

We spend numerous weekends away throughout the year, usually in large 8+ bedroom houses) but have never stayed anywhere so clean and well equipped for large groups. The house is very tastefully decorated, it is spotlessly clean, the beds are super comfy, the views are amazing, the location is perfect and the owner couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. It was the perfect weekend away. We will definately be back.

It's a warm house, beds comfy, hot shower. Location perfect. 3 parking spaces at the back. Couldn't fault it.

  • "Fantastic house and fantastic host."

14 of us fit with room to spare in this gorgeous house. From memory foam mattresses, Christmas trees, treats on arrival.. the host had thought of everything. Location was within a stones throw from the beach. 2 well behaved dogs fit in perfectly. Lounge was big enough to have all 14 sat around playing games! Couldn’t have asked for it to be any better. Lovely dinner in the ship - Axmouth on our last day and a lovely takeaway from HongKongs on the first night!

  • "Our family break covered three generations and all very much enjoyed there stay at Bay Tree House."

The property catered for everyone with ample space and room configurations for all. The kitchen was very well equipped, the best we have stayed at. The location of Bay Tree House, close to the beach and town centre was great. The owners were very helpful, providing information about the property, details of how to access, places to visit. We will definitely look to stay again in the future.

Appreciated all the en suite bathrooms, the excellent play park just across the road, and the proximity of shops. Altogether and excellent week, and a highly recommended property.

  • "The house was excellent, we all loved it and it really met all our needs as a family group of 14 adults and children."

Parking was easy and free use of the putting green and playground just across the road was most enjoyable. Only consideration for improvement would be to make the book containing instructions for the TV in the lounge and the other appliances etc more visible

  • "Beautiful house with everything you will need to enjoy your stay."

Seaton is lovely with its pebble beach, shops and pubs which serve delicious pub food. So much to do…we experienced caving, paddle boarding, kayaking, speedboating, fishing and the muddy bear trail…all fantastic and fun experiences. Would definitely recommend! We would like to thank the owners for making us feel so welcome on our arrival…lovely family.

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bay Tree House and the owners were very helpful."

The location for a family holiday is perfect - opposite the crazy golf, 50 yards from the tennis courts and 5 minutes from the beach. The sea gets deep very quickly so not a good beach for tinies. Also it is shingles so no sand castles! Lovely cliff walks from the house and dog friendly. A photo of the back would be helpful as there is a partly covered in area for eating. No garden. Parking is OK - the area at the back of the house for parking is rather uneven but there is space for 3 cars which we used.
